MEDHAT AYAD

Holding a bachelor's degree in civil engineering & master’s degree in project management, Medhat brings more than two decades of experience to the table, having successfully managed significant projects in both Australia and UAE. In his role as the Managing Director, he oversees all aspects of our processes from design through operations until completion.

Prior to establishing Trinity Builders, Medhat held management roles in large constructions firms, where he showcased his exceptional leadership skills by effectively managing various professional teams across a spectrum of technical construction disciplines. Armed with a plethora of knowledge and experience he moved to found Trinity Builders in 2011.

HANY REZEK

With more than 24 years of business accounting and construction experience since finishing his business accounting bachelor degree followed by the completion of the diploma of management and the building registration, Hany is looking after the jobs’ project management but also helping the site and office teams with the jobs’ quality, timing and cost effectiveness to assure delivering the right, strong and for life home to Trinity’s valued clients. In addition, Hany is overseeing the business finance and accounting to ensure the business’s stability and the mature growth.

STAN LICEN

Stan is one of the most experience members of our team, as a Site Manager with an impressive 30 years of expertise in carpentry works and extensive experience as a Site Manager across various construction companies in Melbourne. Stan's wealth of knowledge and practical experience in the building and construction industry make him the ideal person for overseeing our complex projects. His seasoned leadership & eyes to details ensures that our projects are in capable hands, delivering results that meet and exceed our Client’s expectations.

MASS FREDIANI

Mass is a highly skilled carpenter with a remarkable 12-year track record in the field. He plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating our job sites, maintaining open lines of communication with our valued subcontractors, and ensuring seamless operations on-site. His unwavering commitment to excellence is evident in his dedication to going above and beyond to ensure that every project proceeds according to plan.

ROSHI RAHBAR

Roshi, holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in construction management, is an exceptional addition to our team. Roshi plays a pivotal role in ensuring our projects remain on track, both in terms of schedule and budget. In addition to this, Her qualifications and experience in the industry make her an ideal choice for assisting our clients with their selections. She excels at managing communication between our clients, the office, and the site managers, ensuring a seamless process throughout the project.

SARAH HOANG

Sarah is a highly accomplished professional, holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting and boasting over a decade of experience as an accountant in Australia. Her expertise spans across various critical areas, including financial reporting, tax preparation, and optimization. Sarah is particularly skilled in streamlining bookkeeping processes and enhancing overall business accounting systems.

SETTI MIRSHAMSI

Setti has over a decade of experience in customer service, worked in many companies across Australia. Her extensive experience equips her with a deep understanding of our clients' needs after hand-over. In her role, Setti is committed to ensuring exceptional post-project care for our clients, guaranteeing that their requirements are met with the utmost efficiency. She is also responsible for coordinating and assigning subcontractors when maintenance needs arise, ensuring that our projects continue to stand the test of time.
